We believe focused, dedicated teams outperform slow large organizations. Every Risos AI team member has full ownership of the impact produced.

Team philosophy

We hire based on three principles: academic integrity, technical curiosity, and empathy for users. There's no point building sophisticated AI if it doesn't help students graduate on time, or lecturers complete publications stress-free.

The Risos AI team works hybrid — some remote, some in Indonesia. What unites us is commitment to quality and impact. We are not a startup chasing valuations; we are a startup chasing problem solving.

Is the team fully remote?

Hybrid. Part of the core team is based in Indonesia, part is remote. What matters is output quality and good communication.
